UT-ONE B03B is an accurate and versatile 3-channel benchtop thermometer readout. UT-ONE B03B is capable of measuring platinum resistance thermometers, thermistors and thermocouples. It has a large internal memory for storing measured data (for at least 30 days of continuous acquisition).
Resistance probes (PRTs and thermistors) can be measured in 4-wire (default), 3-wire or 2-wire connection configuration. Banana-style connectors are user friendly, easily used with banana plugs, bare wires or spade lugs.
The external ambient conditions probe may be used for the measurement of air temperature and relative humidity.
UT-ONE B03B features a color touch screen, which presents measured data in graphical and numerical format. Temperature can be displayed in degrees Celsius (°C), kelvin K or degrees Fahrenheit (°F).
UT-ONE B03B can be operated in a standalone mode or connected to the computer via the RS232 or USB interface using the UT-ONE Applications software. It can be battery-operated from the internal Li-ion battery, which provides up to eight hours of standalone operation.

UT-ONE B03B has a touchscreen user interface. User interface structure is composed of a set of windows, which are organized on two tab pages labeled 'MEASURE' (measurement page) and 'CONFIGURE' (configuration page). The tab pages are selectable using the Page Selector located on the right-hand side of the LCD screen. Each tab page has several windows, which can be accessed sequentially by repeatedly pressing the page selector. Horizontal Menu Buttons contain different menu commands, which are dynamically adapting to the current operation.
User interface elements
UT-ONE B03B thermometer readout consists of three main channels (C1, C2 and C3), which correspond to three channels for the connection of three thermometer probes (resistance thermometers, thermistors or thermocouples). Measured data can be presented in °C, K or °F or in uncorrected probe raw data in Ω or in μV. UT-ONE B03B has two additional channels (RH and TA) for connection of ambient probe, which measures relative humidity in % and ambient temperature in °C, K or °F. Channel names are listed below (also see figures:UT-ONE B03B Measurement page views):
Measurement page
Measurement page is used to control and display measurements in different numeric and/or graphic formats: Mixed View, Graph View, Numeric View and Channel View. Windows with different views in the Measurement page can be selected by repeatedly pressing the 'MEASURE' page selector or the 'VIEWS...' menu button.

The Menu Buttons consists of up to five menu buttons, they change according to window content and instrument state. Acquisition sequence can be started by touching the green 'START' menu button and stopped by touching the red 'STOP' menu button. All graph readings can be cleared using the 'CLEAR' menu button. This operation will clear the readings on the graph and reinitialize the measurement statistics and graph auto scale limits, but readings will remain stored in the UT-ONE B03B non-volatile memory. The resolution of the numeric display can be adjusted using the 'DIGITS' menu button. A short touch on the 'DIGITS' menu button will cycle through resolution from 0 to 4 decimal places for C1, C2 and C3 channels and for RH, TA, TD and TJ from 0 to 2 decimal places. The 'ZOOM' Menu Button adjust graph scale directly on the graph. User must select two corner points within the graph and the graph will be zoomed between the nearest possible points.
Numeric View displays data in two windows (Numeric View - Main and Numeric View - Ambient). In the Numeric View - Main window are displayed temperatures from main channels C1, C2 and C3. In the Numeric View - Ambient are presented readings from the ambient probe (channels RH and TA) and dew-point temperature (TD). Switching between Numeric Views is possible by pressing the 'AMBIENT' menu button or 'MAIN' menu button. A short touch on the 'UNIT' menu button will change temperature display unit (°C, K or °F).
Channel View displays a large indicator with the temperature or relative humidity for the selected channel. Under the large indicator, there are four smaller indicators displaying MIN - minimum reading, MAX - maximum reading, DIFF - difference between maximum and minimum reading and RAW - uncorrected raw reading for the selected channel. Under the smaller indicators the name of currently used probe is displayed.
Configuration page
Configuration page is used to view and change UT-ONE B03B Thermometer Readout configuration and parameters. Page can be selected using the 'CONFIGURE' page selector. Configuration page consists of eight windows, which can be individually scrolled by repeatedly pressing the 'CONFIGURE' page selector or 'MORE…' menu button. It also supports three levels of access, which enables the user to lock some of the features of the UT-ONE B03B configuration from unauthorized/accidental modification. The sequence of displayed windows and access levels are presented in the picture belove.

Ambient probe is used for the measurement of ambient conditions (air temperature - TA and relative humidity - RH). It should be connected to the 4-pole circular connector located above the touch screen directly or indirectly with the 2m extension cable.
